a. Pool passes are only available to “residents in good standing”.
b. Each resident must have his/her own pool pass, including children. Each household will receive one pool pass for each member of the household, plus 2 passes for guests. If additional guest passes are desired, please inquire with the lifeguards or send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
c. Residents may bring up to 2 guests (per household) with them while using the pool. Requests to bring more than 2 guests in one day (i.e. child’s birthday party) should be made in advance by sending an email to email@example.com, and can be made the day of with the lifeguards on duty.
d. Pool passes may be suspended for failure to abide to pool rules.
e. Pool passes must be presented in order to gain access to the pool. If pool passes are lost or not presented, residents and guests may be asked to leave and retrieve the pool pass. Alternatively, the life guards have discretion to consult the list of issued pool passes, and allow one-time access upon satisfactory proof of residency. This exception must not be abused, and residents and guests are asked to always bring the pool pass.
