2019 Pool Season
Lakes at Red Rock Pool Rules
1.  Members must present pool passes in order to be allowed entry to the pool. Additionally, members and guests must present the pool pass upon request by LARR HOA community manager (Sentry Management) or pool management and lifeguards (Premier Aquatics), otherwise, the person(s) will be asked to leave the pool.
        a.  Pool passes are only available to “residents in good standing”.
        b.  Each resident must have his/her own pool pass, including children. Each household will receive one pool pass for each member of the household, plus 2 passes for guests.  If additional guest passes are desired, please inquire with the lifeguards or send a request to hoaboard@lakesatredrock.com   
        c.  Residents may bring up to 2 guests (per household) with them while using the pool.  Requests to bring more than 2 guests in one day (i.e. child’s birthday party) should be made in advance by sending an email to hoaboard@lakesatredrock.com, and can be made the day of with the lifeguards on duty.
         d.  Pool passes may be suspended for failure to abide to pool rules.
         e.  Pool passes must be presented in order to gain access to the pool.  If pool passes are lost or not presented, residents and guests may be asked to leave and retrieve the pool pass.  Alternatively, the life guards have discretion to consult the list of issued pool passes, and allow one-time access upon satisfactory proof of residency.  This exception must not be abused, and residents and guests are asked to always bring the pool pass. 
2.  Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a responsible party 13 years of age or older.
3.   The wading pool is for the use of children ages 8 and under.  Lifeguards do not monitor the wading pool, so parents or guardians MUST be present.
4.  The pool may be closed at any time due to inclement weather, cold weather, equipment failures, operational defects, or other unavoidable causes at the discretion of the pool manager.  We will do our best to provide advance notice of any pool closings.
     a.  Pool shall close at the first sign of thunder or lightning.  The pool shall reopen 30 minutes after the last sighting of lightning or hearing of thunder.
5.  No play is permitted in the lap lane or on the lane line(s).  Diving is permitted only during swim meets and only in the 5ft section.
6.  Adult Swim. 
      a.  Normal Adult Swim shall be the last quarter hour except the last quarter hour the pool is open.
      b.  During “Adult-only” swim periods, persons under 16 years old must clear the pool.
7.  Proper swim attire is required when swimming.
     a.  NO cut-off shorts are allowed.
     b.  NO disposable diapers.  Children not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper under their bathing suit.
8.  Persons with open lesions or sores are not permitted to use the pool.
9.   NO:
      Glass containers or breakable objects
      Running and roughhousing
      Profane language or gestures
      Chewing gum
      Wheeled vehicles except strollers and wheelchairs
10.  Game playing and the use of floats will be permitted at the discretion of the lifeguard staff.
11.  Radios may be played without earphones at a volume that does not disturb others.
12.  Neither the Pool Manager, nor the Association are responsible for lost or stolen items. The lifeguard staff maintains a "lost and found" box in the pool office.
13.  Proper respect and cooperation is due to the lifeguards, who are there to provide for the safe and orderly operation of the pool. The pool management staff has the right and the obligation to dismiss any person(s) not obeying the aforementioned rules.
