The Red Rock Rockets Swim Team's primary focus is to get our neighborhood kids together to have FUN while teaching everyone the four swim strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. We encourage all neighborhood children ages 5 to 18 to join our team to become better swimmers while making new friends over the summer.

Our team is part of the recreational/developmental swim league of OLD DOMINION SWIM LEAGUE.  Though we do friendly meets with other neighborhood teams in the area, we are not a competitively based team. Our team promotes basic swimming skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and friendship!
