 The Facilities/Pool Committee manages the use of the party room
at the pool house, assisting the Board with future pool
management company contract bids, assisting with a walk-through
for turnover of the pool/pool house by the developer (immediate
need), tennis courts, tot lots, etc.

Pool Facts and Pool Pass Application Information for Summer
While school is in session, the pool is open every weekday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on weekends from 11:00 to 8:00pm.
Once school is out for the summer, the pool will be open every day from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is an "adult-only" swim for 15 minutes every hour starting at 45 minutes past the hour.
A pool pass must be presented to the lifeguard for admittance to the pool at all times during operation. Pool passes are available only to homeowners of The Lakes at Red Rock Community who are "a resident in good standing," meaning your Association assessment payments are not delinquent. If you are not sure of the status of your account, please contact DCRE Management at 703-771-1485.
Pool pass applications were mailed out to all homeowners with the annual meeting announcement letter. Copies are also available from the life guards or by clicking here (pdf). Please fax the completed form to 703-669-1801 ASAP! Your pool passes and/or year stickers will be available for pick up from the life guards at the pool, approximately 7-10 days from the time you submit the application.
Please do NOT discard or destroy your pool passes. Your pool passes will be used every year and updated with "year stickers" on the back. There will be a replacement charge of $5.00 for each lost pass.
Nonresident owners who assign their pool privileges to their tenants must sign, then forward this document to their tenants to complete. A copy of the lease, if the unit is leased must on file with the Homeowners Association.
Children aged 12 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 13 and up may remain at the pool without a parent, however, parents and guardians shall be responsible for the acts of their children at all times.
